• Did the current EWUA directors publish a widespread, noticeable call for candidates for this election? As a Member, did you personally know you could have submitted your name to be a candidate? So, without this Membership-wide request for candidates, how did the current EWUA directors choose who would be candidates?
  • Were the revised bylaws passed? Did the Members see the proposed revisions? Were the Members allowed to vote on the bylaw revisions, as the Articles of Incorporation say must happen?
  • Was the employee handbook revised and changes accepted before a full Board was able to consider them?
  • Do you, as an EWUA Member, feel like you are receiving full and detailed information about the budget, cost of future plans and what those plans are, what decisions are being made by the Board, etc?
