We ask you to sign both the petition and the proxy forms. Each form will let you mark whether you want to have your name made public or if you prefer to keep it private.

We already have more than enough petition signatures to cause a Member meeting to be called. We ask you to sign the proxy form, even if you plan to attend. If you attend the Member’s meeting in person, the granting of the proxy has no effect or power. If however, you do not attend the meeting, then the proxy form allows the person holding your proxy to meet the quorum requirements for the meeting and vote on your behalf. This is necessary for any vote held at the meeting to be valid. We do not want to call a Member meeting until we are confident that there will be a quorum.
