Community Employee Housing
There has been a near daily drumbeat from EWUA saying, “Steve is trying to take over EWUA.”
They have been demonizing Steve Smith and intentionally attempting to destroy his reputation so as to take your focus off of why Nelson, Nigretto, Cleveland, and Templin need to be recalled. The repeatedly libelous statements against Steve and others are potentially a very significant liability for EWUA and its Members.
During late 2021 and early 2022, the full EWUA Board discussed housing, not only for the EWUA employees but also for other employees in the community. Yet, today, that discussion between all Board members is demonized. In other words, in 2022, it seemed like a good idea to all of the Directors. Now, this discussion about ESOP ideas and housing units in 2021 and 2022 has been reimagined as something terrible. Three years ago, the entire Board thought it was worth discussing. Now, you see daily emails portraying Steve as “the bad guy.”
Steve was re-elected as president in 2022 by the group who now says that they didn’t like Steve or what he was doing during this time in history.
There is a serious rewriting of history being done by Joe Cohen, Scott Lancaster, Jim Nelson, and Jon Welch.
